Welcome to ISRE

The International Society of Research on Emotion (ISRE) brings together scholars from different disciplines across the world. Its goals are :
  • To provide a forum for the exchange of information of interests to its members;
  • To foster critical discussion of new ideas and findings on emotion;
  • To encourage collaboration on, or joint exploration of, new research areas;
  • To organize workshops and training institutes on new techniques and paradigms.

For more information on ISRE and  its history, click on the "ISRE" link.

For membership information, click on the "membership" link.

The 2019 ISRE meeting will take place July 10 to13th in Amsterdam.

The call for abstracts will be sent out in September 2018, with feedback on acceptance provided in January 2019. In addition to symposia, paper and poster sessions for the main conference, we will also invite proposals for pre-conferences and workshops to take place on July 10th. And obviously, there is room for our ISRE’s early career researchers to organize something. More detailed information will follow in the call for abstract in September. For now, please mark your calendars for the conference dates.
